This small investment presented a significant design challenge. The building, originally slated for demolition, was supposed to be replaced by a new, larger retail pavilion and a staff facility. However, the scale of the investment turned out to be disproportionate to the financial resources the Investor had at that time. Therefore, they approached us for help in adapting the existing building, which proved to be difficult but feasible.
